ZymeFlow UN657

The original product in the ZymeFlow family, ZymeFlow UN657 is a versatile decontamination solution that excels at cleaning almost any critical refinery equipment, from crude distillation circuits to fractionation columns.

ZymeFlow OS

Specifically designed for offshore decontamination, ZymeFlow OS offers the power of ZymeFlow chemistry alongside elevated environmental compliance. This green chemistry is safe for use in even the most sensitive offshore ecosystems.

Zyme-Ox Plus

This hybrid surfactant and oxidizer blend accelerates the oxidation of pyrophoric iron sulfide and the removal of ammonia. Offering quick, single-step decontamination, Zyme-Ox Plus is the ideal solution for circulation applications.  

  • Chemically removes complex sulfides and ammonia at low temperatures  
  • Used in presoaks and flushes to oxidize pyrophorics  
  • Protects against corrosion by neutralizing polythionic acids 

Zyme-HT

Known as the “Ammonia Breaker,” Zyme-HT is a powerful Vapour-Phase® solution for the rapid neutralization of ammonia, pyrophorics, and residual hydrocarbons. This solution completes decontamination in half the time of traditional methods.

Solvent-Based Chemistry Solutions

These powerful formulations break down asphaltenes, tars, and waxes, restoring equipment performance – often eliminating the need for mechanical cleaning. Like our water-based solutions, our solvent-based chemistries are designed to be environmentally conscious and reprocessable within plant systems. 

Rezyd-X

A versatile internal cleaner designed to dissolve and disperse heavy hydrocarbon sludges, asphalts, and residues on contact, Rezyd-X can be used in either water or oil washes and quickly and effectively clean vessels, heat exchangers, and tanks. For aqueous applications, Rezyd-X can be used with our proprietary Boilout method to access occluded contaminants.

Rezyd-HP

A powerful chemistry with highest solvency index chemistry on the market, Rezyd-HP is  formulated to rapidly break down heavy oils, tar, and asphalt deposits. This solvent enhances cutter stock circulation and reduces the need for mechanical cleaning, saving both time and costs.

CatZyme Chemistries

ZymeFlow’s proprietary solutions for decontaminating fixed-bed reactors include CatZyme RT and CatZyme LT. REACH-certified CatZyme RT accelerates the removal of residual gases and solid deposits while preserving catalyst integrity. CatZyme LT offers the same high-performance decontamination for more temperature-sensitive applications.
