Joe Keon

Joe Keon is the Vice President of Global Operations. Before joining ZymeFlow in 2024, Joe served as the UDCC Territory Manager at USA DeBusk, where he brings over twenty-five (25) years of senior management experience in chemical services and effluent management. Additional key roles held by Joe were Texas Area Operations Manager at Farr Front before being acquired by USA DeBusk, VP - Decontamination with Clean Harbors, General Manager at JV Industrial Companies, and General Manager at United Plant Services.

Joe is known for his organizational skills, passion for training, employee development, and has a proven track record of capitalizing on revenue-boosting opportunities. His communication skills, ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and extensive experience in the chemical industry makes him an asset in ensuring operational efficiency and driving growth.
