LaToya Rainwater

LaToya Rainwater is the Human Resources (HR) Director for ZymeFlow. 

LaToya joined ZymeFlow in 2012 and is responsible for directing and administering all aspects of human resource policies and functions. She partners with departmental managers, and employees in driving workplace programs.

Prior to ZymeFlow she served as a Recruitment Coordinator and Benefits Analyst in the education sector.

LaToya received her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies and M.S. in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
